The home has a southern exposure, level lot, sandy swimming beach. Great room on the main level, hardwood floors, pine walls and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features custom birch cabinets and a breakfast bar. The home has a master loft bedroom suite with views of the lake and a finished walk out lower level. The yard features extensive professional landscaping, paved patio stones at front door entrance and lower level covered patio. The home is close to 18-hole Black Bear golf course, restaurants, conveniences. ATV and snowmobile trails close by.

Birkie Weekend requires a 4-night minimum
September and May & the first two weeks in June require a 3-night minimum stay as do Christmas and New Year Holidays.

  Everything was wonderful - including the weather. Well equipped and clean. Only disappointment was the "sandy beach". Wild flowers were allowed to grow along the shore and the kids were disappointed they had no sandy beach area to play on. There was a sandy bottom and clear water just no place for playing with sand toys. Overall review is a 4 because of this.

  This home is beautiful! Definitely in gods country here. Peace and tranquility were in abundance. Enjoyed the breeze off the lake and watching the eagles swoop down for fish.
