This beautifully furnished A-frame style home has room for the whole family. The location is within walking distance to several popular bars and restaurants. Enjoy a day on the lake and then hit the local scene or stay home and grill out on the deck overlooking the water. Lake Koshkonong is a 10,595 and is an excellent fishing and recreational lake. Bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina and explore the lake.

The Newville area has supper clubs, live music, wineries and great parks to explore and the best part is that it's with in a few hour drive from Chicago. Milwaukee is 1.5 hours and you're around a half hour from Madison. This home is perfect for a weekend escape or a full week away.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal for 10 and there is even an extra fridge and kitchen area downstairs.

The layout of the house allows the kids to break away to the lower level family and game room while the adults can gather around the deck or main level living room.

The house has a nice dock with room for your boat or toys. In addition to the lake you can also explore the Rock River all the way down to Indian Ford Dam. There are several great bars and restaurants around the lake that you can boat to and several marinas on the lake that rent boats and sell gas and bait.

  My friends and I came back for Milton College Sigma Pi reunion. Loved having three floors each with full bathrooms. Very clean, fun lower level. We didn't have time to use the backyard but would have if we stayed longer. Best rental we have had in the five years of having the annual reunion. Jon was awesome to work with and hope to be able to rent it next year.

  We had a family vacation of 6 adults and 4 kids. Enough room for all of us and the proximity to the lake was awesome. We rented a pontoon close by and it is fabulous to be able to go back to the dock whEn the baby needed feeding or adults wanted to cool off from the heat.

  Pretty A-frame on Rock River with large frontage. We watched the boats parade by all day in no-wake zone. Convenient to Madison and elsewhere. We hunkered down due to coronavirus. Bedrooms all on separate levels made it quiet. Kitchen was serviceable and square table for 8 was nice.

  Communication was very good. The cabin itself is really nice and an especially fun place with kids. Being right on the river is great but road noise if unpleasant.
