This home was built as the personal residence of a corporate executive and is set up to host family get togethers. This large luxurious vacation home has many special touches, such as professional decorations throughout, Flat screen HD TV's, a pool table, washer and dryer, gas grill, high-speed internet, games, a wet bar and much much more.
Cooking has never been more pleasant than with a fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring granite counter tops, quality stainless appliances, and incredible lake views.
It's easy to enjoy the vacation with your whole family with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to choose from. Both the upper and lower level offers great views of the lake and the lower level has a spacious game room which offers entertainment and relaxation for everyone.
Step outside the main living area and onto the large deck where you can sizzle your steaks on the LP gas grill as you enjoy a cocktail. The fully furnished kitchen is very well appointed with all you need to cook and serve meals for a hungry family. Outside living is maximized with comfortable deck chairs, an outdoor fire pit, perfect for warming up next to and taking time to breathe in the fresh Northwoods air.

*Note on Bungalow over the garage. It’s a queen bed and full bathroom. There is a sitting room up there that will have a queen sofa sleeper as well. The sitting room and bedroom have a curtain that separates them instead of a door.
Round Lake is hands down one of the most well known and popular Hayward area lakes. The lakefront home includes private lake front access (This house is right on the water), and a sturdy private dock to use during your stay. Round Lake is an excellent swimming lake and the bottom is sandy. At the end of the dock it is about 5 feet deep and is a great place to take those younger guests fishing or for a swim. This rental also includes the use of a canoe and Kayak that are stored on racks on the dock. Our shoreline is small rocks with a gradual slope-it is a nice swimming area. There are two places to eat on the lake- Prop's Landing and DJ's Dock- You can take your boat over to each of them or a short ride in the car and you're there. Gas for your boat can be purchased on the lake at Round Lake Marina and there is a boat landing about a 1/2 mile away right on Peninsula Road. For you snowmobilers, right in front of the house is a state snowmobile trail that runs across the middle of the lake giving you easy access to the trail. ATV trails are just a short ride on the road to the trails as well.
